Hannah Young
Biography
Hannah Young serves as an Academic Advisor at Marion Technical College, supporting students in Early Childhood Education, Social Work and Addiction Studies, Behavioral Health Technologies, Associate of Arts and Sciences programs, as well as non-degree seeking students. She also works as the college’s Transfer Advisor, helping students and graduates navigate the next steps toward achieving their bachelor’s degree goals.
In addition to advising, Hannah is an adjunct instructor, teaching a variety of business courses along with FYE1000: Academic and Career Success, where she focuses on equipping students with the skills needed for both academic achievement and long-term career growth.
Hannah holds dual associate degrees in Business Administration and Business Marketing from North Central State College. Through a 3+1 partnership with Franklin University, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations. She is currently completing her Master of Business Administration through Franklin University.
Prior to joining Marion Technical College, Hannah gained diverse experience at North Central State College, where she served in roles across admissions, academic advising, workforce development, TRIO support services, testing and tutoring, and grant writing. Her background reflects a strong commitment to student success, access to education, and community engagement.
