Amy Adams, Ph.D.

Biography

Dr. Amy Adams joined MTC in 2016 and provides leadership, vision, and operational oversight for the departments of Academic Affairs, Enrollment Services, Institutional Advancement, Marketing & Communications, Student Success & Engagement, and Workforce Solutions. She directs cross-functional operations including academic programs, financial aid, registrar services, marketing and communications, career services, and fundraising efforts. Dr. Adams leads initiatives while fostering partnerships with business, government, educational, and community stakeholders to advance organizational growth, student success, and mission fulfillment.

Previously, Amy spent 16 years at a private university in Columbus, Ohio, in various roles, including university registrar, director of institutional research and assessment, and associate vice president for enrollment. Amy earned her Ph.D. in higher education from Ohio University and an M.Ed. Degree from Northern Arizona University, and a B.S. from The Ohio State University.
