Marion Technical College’s new Management Development Institute is offering local businesses and managers an opportunity to enhance their leadership skills.
If you have new people moving into management positions, or if your current managers
need
updated management skills, Marion Tech offers a core group of highly trained personnel
that can develop your managers.
At these classes, professionals will learn to increase leadership influence, improve team efficiency, discover their unique style, and create an action plan for management growth.
The Management Development Institute at Marion Tech is offering a series of Lunch and Learns on Fridays beginning in June.
All sessions will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Marion Tech Downtown, 107 N. Main St. Suite 210, Marion, Ohio.
The cost is $100 per session which includes lunch, training and any materials.
