TAMI S. GALLOWAY, Job Development Coordinator, is responsible for providing assessment services to business and industry through the SkillsMAX Center at MTC. She also acts as liaison between MTC and various community agencies and employers in the nine-county area. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Ohio University. Tami has over 23 years providing a variety of services to individuals as well as companies in training and employment services. She is certified by ATI, COMPASS/ACT, LASERGRADE, PAN, PREVISOR, PROMETRIC, SHL, VANGENT, VUE, and Sterling to provide assessment services and Job Profiles; and a certified facilitator for Achieve-Global and LOMINGER.
Tami is a member of the Tri-Rivers Adult Education Advisory Board, Marion City Schools Adult Education Advisory Board, Marion LifeLong Learning Board, local and regional Workforce Policy Boards, local One-Stop and Job Fair Committees, and the Marion Adolescent Pregnancy Program.
