Partnership program launched to serve companies and individuals.

MTC’s Office of Career Services and The Center for Workforce Development collaborated to develop a program of services to pro-actively recruit employers and individuals, and create job matches between employers and qualified individuals. This partnership has produced 43 matches and provides follow up with employers and matched employees at two weeks, one month and three month intervals.

Individuals can make reasoned, informed career choices, and learn more about their interests, skills and work values. Companies can conduct recruitment events on campus, electronically search for qualified job candidates, and assess knowledge, skills and abilities of candidates using MTC Works!
